Customer brought us a Barrel and action he was trying to work on himself. Customer managed to gall, both the barrel and action. we were able to remove the galled section on the barrel and chase the threads on the action saving both.

Customer wanted to use this gun for competition, the gun was overweight for the competition regulations. We shaved off the front side of the frame and added several rail slots, cutting the frame all to reduce weight. Making it aesthetically pleasing. We removed material inside the frame, also added a lighting cut on the slide. This was just enough to make weight; the pistol was later Cerakoted.
Customer found a lighting slide cut he liked online.
He asked us if we could cut his slide in a similar manner, and this was the result.
